Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds 

Refunds
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items within 14 days of recieving your order. If this applies to your issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Email Orders@dixonusa.com. In the message include the following: 
    1. Order number
    2. State the issue with the items that arrived
    3. Attach photos of wrong/damaged items
    4. Use the subject line Ticonderoga Printed Merchandise Refund

We will process your request and issue a refund for the order.

Please use the size guides and color swatches to make a final purchase decison. We are not able to offer return or exchange processing at this time.
